Once i made a few selection, he took me around to a few the properties. I was able to talk through and evaluate. And he told me the benefits at each location.
I never felt rushed or pushed to choose.
I selected a place. We set a move in date. Handled and easy, thorough professional lease application. Put the kets in my hand and followed up with me twice, 24 & 48 hours later to make sure i was settled in happy.

I had a great experience working with Han Jaysaney from IPS Siem Reap. From the beginning, he was prompt in responding to my inquiry about a studio apartment I was interested in. He was very accommodating when it came to scheduling a viewing and maintained a courteous and professional demeanor throughout.

Han’s friendly personality made the entire process pleasant, and he was very thorough when it came to handling the lease contract. He also made it much easier to communicate and coordinate with the property owner, which I greatly appreciated.

What really stood out was his follow-up after the move-in to make sure everything was going smoothly. When I happened to misplace my lease contract, Han promptly sent me a digital copy via email for safekeeping without hesitation.

I’d heard IPS was great, but Juu in Siem Reap deserves her own five-star rating. From the moment we started chatting, she was friendly, helpful and somehow knew exactly what I needed—maybe a little too well (is she psychic?).

Apartment hunting usually feels like a chore, but with Juu, it felt more like browsing options with a really organized friend who just happens to know every landlord in town. She was fast, efficient, honest, and made the whole thing surprisingly fun.

I first met Thech Thai after sending an email to IPS enquiring about a suitable apartment for me to rent in Siem Reap. I had been living in Bali for nearly 12 years and felt it was time for a change. I had prepared a long list of requirements including budget, location and specifics for the apartment. I was afraid that the list might me too daunting for Thai, but not so, in fact he took it in his stride and was not challenged by it at all. He was even able to arrange an inspection of an apartment during a visit to Siem Reap back in July that I had seen on the IPS website and was interested in. He kept me up to date on availabilities on other apartments over the next few months because I wasn’t sure when I would be moving to Siem Reap, either late 2024 or early 2025. The apartment that I really liked became available earlier than expected so I moved into the apartment early November. Thai has been extremely professional,enthusiastic and always very pleasant to deal with. He even organised early access to the apartment so that I could move things in before the lease commenced. Well done Thai and thanks again to IPS for making my move to Siem Reap less stressful.
