IPS Cambodia is looking for a sharp, proactive Property Listing Officer to join our Phnom Penh team. If you’re street-smart, detail-obsessed, and love discovering new places around the city — this role is for you. No experience necessary, training will be provided!
What You’ll Do:
- Work as part of a team to help achieve at least 80 new property listings per month
- Coordinate on-site property spotting and photo collection
- Ensure all listings are complete, accurate, and high quality
- Collaborate with agents to meet specific listing requests
- Manage your own schedule and tools (camera, measurement items, etc.)
- Bonus opportunities for exceeding targets
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of Phnom Penh neighborhoods
- Reliable, organized, and fast on your feet
- A team player who delivers under pressure
- Able to travel around the city independently
