We are looking for Condominium Sales Consultants with a strong track record of success in the real estate sales sector, a deep understanding of the Cambodian condo market, and a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound leads from IPS website and marketing channels for off-plan and resale condominium offers. These leads are to be qualifies and managed towards sales results.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Generate additional leads via personal networking, referrals, and online mechanisms.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert consultation to buyers and investors.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to ensure high-quality property promotions.
  • Provide mentorship to junior sales agents and contribute to team growth.
  • The role offers the opportunity to grow to a managerial position, based on success in the initial position.
  • Maintain strict compliance with CRM system use, and regular progress reporting to sales managers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (ideally in the real estate sector, preferably condos – however, other sector sales experience will also be taken into consideration).
  • Strong knowledge of Phnom Penh’s condo market and investment landscape in terms of key factors influencing real estate investment decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The role is open to expatriates and local applicants; however, they must be highly proficient in dealing with international investors and have the ability to communicate in English language fluently, with other language fluencies being a strong benefit (Chinese, French, Russian etc).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Importantly, the applicant must demonstrate a clear track record of honesty and integrity to their clients and the company. Any salesperson at IPS is expected to put the requirements of their investors above any personal gains, and the same ethics will apply to this role.
